Dudani Retail Limited is a fashion and lifestyle company incorporated in Rajasthan in 2015 as Dudani Retail Private Limited. It converted into a public limited company in March 2025. The company designs, manufactures and sells apparel for women and men, while also engaging in selective trading of lifestyle and cosmetic products.
Its women’s apparel is marketed under the in-house brand **Divena**, launched in 2015. Divena focuses on ethnic and fusion wear, including kurtas, kurta sets, ethnic dresses and co-ord sets. Its men’s apparel business operates under the **Millennial Men** brand, which targets contemporary and versatile fashion preferences. The company had also traded personal care and lifestyle products under the **Cosse** name based on sourcing opportunities and demand, but discontinued cosmetic trading from fiscal year 2023–24.
Dudani Retail also supplies products to a quick-commerce platform under a sell-or-return arrangement, delivering goods to designated delivery hubs. The company has filed a draft prospectus with SEBI and plans to issue 3,636,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, seeking to raise approximately ₹10.54 crore through a fresh issue.
