Peshwa Wheat Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm, “M/s. Peshwa Wheat,” under a partnership deed dated September 13, 2017. It was later converted into a public limited company, incorporated as “Peshwa Wheat Limited” with a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior on December 26, 2023.
The company is engaged in the processing and trading of wheat-based products, including wheat flour, organic wheat flour products, and allied flour products. Its product portfolio includes Whole Wheat Flour, Sortex Wheat, Rawa/Suji, Maida, and Daliya, manufactured in Depalpur Tehsil, Indore District. It sells its products under the brands “Shahi Peshwa” and “Peshwa Maharaj,” with a major presence in small-pack segments (50 kg, 25 kg, 10 kg, and 5 kg).
Peshwa Wheat operates a modern wheat processing plant in Indore, India, with an installed capacity of 170 tons per day. During 2023–24, it increased plant utilization significantly—from 30 tons/day to 153 tons/day, representing about 90% utilization. The company also monetizes by-products such as wheat bran by using them as cattle feed.
The company is planning an IPO comprising up to 55,00,000 equity shares as a fresh issue.
