Roopa Screen Limited (formerly Roopa Screen Private Limited) was incorporated on April 12, 2013 in Gujarat and later converted into a public limited company, changing its name to Roopa Screen Limited on June 02, 2025. The company began operations with its first unit in Narol, Ahmedabad in 2013.
The company manufactures rotary nickel screens used in rotary screen-printing machines, mainly by textile manufacturers for continuous fabric printing. These screens are cylindrical, perforated metal stencils through which printing paste is applied to create patterns and designs on textiles.
As of 2025, Roopa Screen Limited has supplied rotary nickel screens to over 200 customers across India. Alongside manufacturing, it trades in nickel cathodes, a key raw material used in producing nickel screens.
Operationally, the company has manufacturing facilities in Ahmedabad, a godown in Surat (Gujarat), and a sales depot in Panipat (Haryana), serving as stocking and distribution points in major textile hubs to support logistics and timely delivery. The company is planning a fresh issue IPO of 29,20,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each.
