Runwal Enterprises Limited is a Mumbai-based real estate developer incorporated in 2016 and converted into a public limited company in October 2024. The company operates across the full spectrum of real estate development, including residential projects, commercial spaces, retail malls and educational buildings.
Its residential portfolio covers affordable, mid-income and luxury segments. Historically focused on affordable and mid-income developments such as Runwal Gardens in Dombivli and Runwal Greens in Mulund West, the company has recently expanded into luxury housing through projects such as 7 Mahalaxmi. It is also broadening its geographic presence from Mumbai’s eastern suburbs into western locations including Mahalaxmi and Bandra, while developing integrated townships in Kalyan-Dombivli.
The company develops and leases or sells units in commercial and shopping complexes. As of September 30, 2024, its non-residential portfolio comprised projects with an aggregate developable area and estimated developable area of 8.73 million square feet. Corporate restructuring has included the amalgamation of Runwal Homes Private Limited in 2017 and Ruhel Media and Entertainment Private Limited in 2022, while Evie Real Estate Private Limited was acquired in October 2024.
Runwal Enterprises is planning an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,000 crore, with a face value of ₹2 per share.
