Swastika Infra Limited traces its origins to a partnership firm, “Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers,” formed under a partnership deed dated October 23, 1969 and last reconstituted on February 1, 2019. The firm was converted into “Swastika Infra Private Limited” on August 6, 2019 (Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan), and subsequently converted into a public limited company and renamed “Swastika Infra Limited,” with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 27, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
The company is mainly engaged in EPC electrification works, including underground cabling, rural electrification, and construction of substations along with associated feeder lines, as well as trading in electrical goods. From 1969 to 2011, the business focused on trading electrical items such as wires and cables.
In 2012, it entered the power distribution EPC segment, initially executing small-scale projects, and during 2012–2015 completed multiple projects for state utilities including RIICO, JDA, and UIT. The company expanded into Assam in 2018 and into Uttarakhand in 2019 by setting up a GIS station, followed by further expansions in West Bengal and Goa in 2021 with projects costing Rs 425 crore. It completed the Kharagpur project in West Bengal costing Rs 195.02 crore in 2025 and has expanded its presence in Himachal Pradesh.
Swastika Infra plans an IPO to raise Rs 200 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares (face value Rs 10 each) and an offer for sale of 19,20,000 equity shares.
